To start your analysis you need to select a model. You can either choose a model from a public repository or upload your own model:

The following table lists the models from BiGG Models — you can use them for educational, research and non-profit purposes, without fee. Please consult the BiGG License for more information and cite them where appropriate.

Here you can select a model from Biomodels to start your analysis — their models are dedicated to the public domain. Please consult the Biomodels' Terms of Use for more information and cite them where appropriate.
The following table lists a small subset of the models from Biomodels (which?) to give you a jump start. Just drop us an email if your favourite model does not appear in the list.
